In 2025, Kim Thanh district will continue to carry out three breakthrough tasks. Firstly, continue to attract investment, actively apply scientific and technological advances, develop concentrated and bio-safe agricultural production areas; promote the building and promotion of agricultural product brands with strengths, quality and competitiveness in the market. Secondly, promote the effectiveness of planning work; exploit potentials and advantages, focus on mobilizing resources to build traffic works, schools, healthcare, promote local socio-economic development. Thirdly, improve the quality of administrative procedure reform associated with digital transformation; effectively carry out the work of organizing the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, operate effectively and efficiently in the spirit of Resolution No. 18 - NQ/TW of the Central Executive Committee of the Party; Lead and direct the successful organization of the 26th Grassroots Party Congress and District Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
In the above 3 breakthrough tasks, the task of improving the quality of administrative procedure reform associated with digital transformation has been supplemented with the content of effectively implementing the work of organizing the apparatus of the political system.
In 2024, Kim Thanh district achieved many important results by implementing breakthrough tasks. A series of key traffic projects and works were completed and put into use, such as: the East-West axis road phase 1; renovating and adjusting traffic organization at the intersection of km15 + 835 of National Highway 17B with Road 20.9 of Phu Thai town; the National Highway 5 interchange in Kim Xuyen commune; the East-West axis road phase 2; Kim Lien - Kim Tan bridge and the access roads at both ends of the bridge... The district continues to maintain a high ranking in the District-level Administrative Reform Index.
