Response activities were deployed from March 15 to March 20 in a variety of forms. Agencies and units in the province organize propaganda about the history and significance of the International Day of Happiness, social security policies, building happy, progressive and civilized families. At the same time, typical family models, good people and good deeds are also commended, in order to spread positive values ​​in the community.

In response to this event, since the beginning of March, the Film Distribution and Screening Department (Cultural and Art Center of Hai Duong province) has organized 45 mobile film screenings at schools in Hai Duong city and Thanh Mien district.

In addition to outstanding films of Vietnamese cinema on revolutionary themes, the Film Distribution and Screening Department broadcasts skits staged by the Provincial Center for Culture and Arts with content on propaganda against domestic violence, school drugs, the harmful effects of electronic cigarettes, etc.
