In Hai Duong City, only a few schools in Hai Tan Ward have not welcomed students back to school due to flooding.
Previously, children and students in Ninh Giang, Thanh Mien, Binh Giang, Kim Thanh, Gia Loc, Nam Sach, and Cam Giang districts had all gone to school. 100% of high schools also taught normally.
Due to the impact of storm No. 3, many schools had fallen trees, broken electrical systems, corrugated iron roofs, glass doors, and surrounding walls damaged; some schools were flooded or at high risk of flooding, so children and students had to stay home from school. Immediately after the storm passed and the water receded, all schools mobilized all staff, teachers, employees, and with the support of parents, people, local authorities, police, military, and youth volunteers to urgently fix the situation so that children and students could return to school soon.
