The strongest wind near the center of the tropical depression was level 6; moving in a West-Southwest direction at a speed of about 10 km/h and weakening into a low pressure area.

The southwestern sea area of ​​the Central East Sea, the sea area from Khanh Hoa to Ba Ria-Vung Tau (including Phu Quy island) has strong winds of level 6-7, the area near the storm's center has strong winds of level 8, gusts of level 10, waves 3-6 m high; rough seas.

At Ly Son island station, there were strong winds of level 6, gusting to level 8.

The North East Sea area (including Hoang Sa sea area), the Southwest of the central East Sea area and the Northwest of the South East Sea area (including the Northwest of Truong Sa sea area) have strong winds of level 6-7, the area near the storm center has strong winds of level 8, gusting to level 10. The sea is rough. Waves are 4-6 m high.
