Hai Duong creates an environment to promote scientific and technical innovation

Speaking at the workshop, Vice Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Hung highly appreciated the units that actively organized and maintained the contest. The quality of the contest has been increasingly improved and attracted a large number of researchers and scientists to participate.As a result, the contest's solutions have significantly contributed to the socio-economic development goals of the province.

However, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also pointed out the limitations of the contest. The results and scale of the contest have not yet properly reflected the technical creativity and potential of scientists and workers in the province. The contest is slow to innovate in terms of content, methods, andUnits with solutions to participate are concentrated in state units, not attracting many private units, or individual scientists, intellectuals...

In order for the Provincial Technical Innovation Competition to attract a large number of scientists, researchers, and workers to participate, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that the standing agency, delegates, and scientists will frankly discuss and evaluate the current situation of the competition organization. Evaluate the content, methods, and quality of each organization to draw lessons to attract many large-scale, new, innovative, excellent topics that have a wide influence, high economic value, and are widely applied in practice.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also emphasized that the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee always accompany and create the best environment, issue many mechanisms and policies to develop the emulation movement of scientific and technological innovation in the province and promote the application of solutions and initiatives in production and social life.

At the workshop, the participating units contributed many ideas to promote the Technical Innovation Competition in the province. In which, it is necessary to identify the goals, focus on key issues, difficult and urgent tasks to solve. Maintain and promote the emulation movement to study, improve professional skills along with the method of reviewing skills, competing for skilled workers... Strengthen international cooperation to access new technology. Increase investment in funds, time and effort for research to create new products with high creativity...

On this occasion, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded a certificate of merit to the group of authors from Hai Duong Central College of Pharmacy for winning the third prize of the 17th National Technical Innovation Contest (2022 - 2023) with the solution "Research on the production of capsules to support the treatment of gout from piper lolot".
