Hai Duong completes mid-term population and housing census in 2024 ahead of schedule

After nearly 1 month of implementation, 339 investigators in the province have completed collecting information on population and housing at 23,970 households in 799 survey areas.

The investigation process went smoothly because the localities actively supported propaganda to help people grasp and understand the purpose of the investigation. The investigators were proactive and flexible in their investigation time to ensure progress and early completion of the target. In addition, thanks to the use of electronic survey forms, information collection was highly effective.

After completing the collection of population and housing census information, the team of investigators will conduct a logic check and acceptance of the survey data, process the survey results and compile a report on the main results of the survey.

The survey results are compiled according to a form as a basis for evaluating national programs on population and housing, the implementation of the socio-economic development plan for the 2021-2025 period, policy development, population and housing planning to serve the socio-economic development planning for the 2026-2030 period...
