Hai Duong supports land for ethnic minorities

Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Council Le Van Hieu has just signed and issued Resolution No. 13/2024/NQ-HDND on land policy for ethnic minorities in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in the province.

Individuals who are ethnic minorities and belong to poor households or near-poor households in ethnic minority and mountainous areas and do not have residential land, agricultural or non-agricultural land, or have land but it is not enough compared to the land allocation limit will be supported with land on a case-by-case basis (illustrative photo).

According to the resolution, ethnic minorities who do not have land for community activities, ethnic minority individuals who are poor households or near-poor households in ethnic minority and mountainous areas who do not have residential land, agricultural land, non-agricultural land or have land but it is not enough compared to the land allocation limit will be supported with land on a case-by-case basis.

This Resolution was approved by the 17th Hai Duong Provincial People's Council at the 24th Session and took effect from the date of signing, August 12.
