Hai Duong has 2 more athletes participating in ASIAD 19

They are two table tennis players Doan Ba ​​Tuan Anh (born in 1995) and Bui Ngoc Lan (born in 2002). Both players are members of the Vietnam national table tennis team, and recently competed in the 2023 Con Son Cup International Table Tennis Tournament in Hai Duong.

Coach Cao Anh Tuan of the Hai Duong table tennis team said this is the first time these two players have come to the largest sports arena in Asia and will have the opportunity to compete with the world's top table tennis players today.

According to previous information from the Hai Duong Sports Training, Coaching and Competition Center, the province only has 4 athletes participating in the 19th ASIAD, including: Pham Hong Quan (born in 2000), canoeing; Bui Van Hoan (born in 1997), Nhu Dinh Nam (born in 1998) and Nguyen Thi Giang (born in 1998), both rowing. Hai Duong has 4 coaches attending this ASIAD, including: Phan Thi Linh (born in 1990), canoeing; Tran Thi Kim Oanh (born in 1980), Nguyen Thi Huu (born in 1987), both rowing; Tran Quoc Cuong (born in 1974), shooting.

With the addition of Doan Ba ​​Tuan Anh and Bui Ngoc Lan to the Vietnam national table tennis team, Hai Duong will have 6 athletes and 4 coaches participating in the 19th ASIAD.
