Hai Duong has 350 young people volunteering to join the army

Of the 350 people who volunteered to join the army, more than 60% of the young people were temporarily deferred or exempted. Some localities with many young people volunteering to join the army were Gia Loc, Ninh Giang, and Cam Giang.

In recent times, the Military Service Councils at all levels have done a good job of propaganda; promptly commending and rewarding young volunteers. Many young people are willing to volunteer to join the army to contribute to the cause of defending the Fatherland.
