According to the Department of Industry and Trade of Hai Duong province, in 2024, the whole province will have 2 enterprises ending multi-level sales activities; reducing about 1,000 people participating in this activity compared to the previous year.
The reason for the decrease in the number of people participating in multi-level marketing is that the Department of Industry and Trade has confirmed the receipt of the notification of termination of multi-level marketing activities in the locality of 2 enterprises, namely Aloe Trading Company Limited (headquartered in District 3) and Kim Cuong Vietnam Lifestyle Company Limited (headquartered in Phu Nhuan District, both in Ho Chi Minh City). The reason these 2 enterprises terminated their sales activities in Hai Duong is because they could not meet the conditions for local contacts according to Decree No. 18/2023/ND-CP dated April 28, 2023 of the Government.
Currently, in the province, there are 12 multi-level marketing enterprises that have registered and been granted a certificate of registration for multi-level marketing activities in the locality by the Department of Industry and Trade.
Total revenue from multi-level marketing activities of enterprises in 2024 is estimated to reach over 300 billion VND, a decrease of about 180 billion VND compared to 2023.
12 multi-level marketing enterprises in Hai Duong include: Thien Su Vietnam Company Limited with headquarters in Hai Duong. The remaining enterprises have headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Binh Duong including LLCs: Herbalife Vietnam, Amway Vietnam, Nu Skin Enterprises Vietnam, Care For Vietnam, Seacret, Elken International Vietnam, Kyowon The Orm Vietnam, Gcoop Vietnam, Oriflame Vietnam, Unicity Marketing Vietnam and Vietnam Joint Stock Company.
