The organizing committee of the national press award on the National Assembly and People's Council (the 3rd Dien Hong award - 2025) will award 1 special prize with a reward of 150 million VND.
The Organizing Committee of the National Press Award on the National Assembly and People's Councils (Dien Hong Award) issued the rules for the third Dien Hong Award - 2025.
Accordingly, in terms of award structure, the third Dien Hong Award has a total value of more than 2.8 billion VND.
Specifically, there is 1 Special Prize (150 million VND), 8 A Prizes (95 million VND/prize), 15 B Prizes (45 million VND/prize), 20 C Prizes (30 million VND/prize), 40 Encouragement Prizes (10 million VND/prize).
In addition, the Organizing Committee awarded the Excellence Award to 20 outstanding press agencies and agencies/units that actively participated in the Award, each award worth 10 million VND.
In addition, 2 Awards will be given to press agencies whose works make a good impression according to the votes of the Judging Council (if any), each award worth 20 million VND.
The Organizing Committee noted that the works participating in the Award need to closely follow the Plan for organizing the 3rd Dien Hong Award - 2025 and focus on reflecting the meaning and results of the National Assembly sessions, focusing on the 5th Extraordinary Session, 7th Session and 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
Along with that are the process and results of the implementation of the functions, tasks and powers of the National Assembly in constitutionalizing, legislating, supreme supervision and deciding on important issues of the country; the significance and importance of the decisions of the National Assembly, the National Assembly Standing Committee, People's Councils at all levels, especially newly issued decisions; and outstanding results in the supervision activities of agencies and elected representatives.
The entries to the Award reflect the National Assembly's foreign affairs activities in implementing the Party and State's foreign policy, contributing to creating a peaceful and stable environment for national development and maintaining national independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity.
Innovations and improvements to improve the quality and efficiency of the operations of the National Assembly, the National Assembly Standing Committee, the National Assembly Secretary General, the National Assembly agencies, the National Assembly Office, the agencies under the National Assembly Standing Committee, People's Councils at all levels... are also the contents that the Organizing Committee suggests authors/groups of authors focus on reflecting.
The works submitted for the Contest have been published and broadcast from December 6, 2023 to November 20, 2024 in newspapers, radio stations, and magazines licensed by the competent authority to operate the press. The works submitted for the Contest are works that are published, posted, and broadcast for the first time, in their original form, without editing, revision, or re-broadcast.
Works that have received awards from the National Press Awards or local, industry or central interdisciplinary competitions are eligible to participate in the 3rd Dien Hong Award - 2025, but must clearly state the award level and the unit that organized the competition.
Deadline for submissions is November 22, 2024 (postmark).
