Successful rescue of truck driver trapped in cabin after accident on Hanoi-Hai Phong highway through Tu Ky

As soon as they arrived at the scene at night, the rescue team of Hai Duong Provincial Police quickly deployed measures and rescued the truck driver trapped in the cabin.

At about 1:40 a.m. on August 31, the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department (Provincial Police) received a report that a traffic accident had occurred between truck 15C-184.38 driven by Mr. Do Huu Tinh (born in 1963, residing in Du Hang Kenh ward, Le Chan district, Hai Phong city) and truck 14C-397.06 driven by Mr. Vu Vinh Loc (born in 1987, residing in Bach Dang ward, Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province). After the accident, Mr. Loc was injured and trapped in the cabin and could not be taken out.

Immediately after receiving the news, the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department mobilized 1 command vehicle, 1 rescue vehicle and 10 officers and soldiers to the scene; at the same time, notified relevant units to participate in coordinating the rescue.

Arriving at the scene, the rescue commander saw that the front of the truck was deformed, Mr. Loc was stuck in the cabin and could not move out, his injured leg was bleeding profusely. They quickly deployed forces and vehicles, used hydraulic cutting equipment to remove surrounding obstacles, create space and bring the victim out safely.

Immediately afterwards, the victim was handed over to the provincial medical staff for medical care. Currently, Mr. Loc's health is basically stable.
