At around 8:30 p.m. on August 25, at km17+200, provincial road 390C in Quyet Thang commune (Hai Duong city), a traffic accident occurred between a car and a motorbike, causing a 20-year-old man to die at the hospital.

The victim was Mr. NTK, born in 2004, living in Tien Trung area, Ai Quoc ward (Hai Duong city). Mr. K. was riding a motorbike 34S1 - 049.02 on provincial road 390C in the direction of Thanh Ha - National Highway 5. When reaching km 17+200, the motorbike collided with a car 34A - 508.70 driven by Mr. HTS, born in 1971, in Thanh Binh street, Hai Duong city, in the direction of National Highway 5 - Thanh Ha, which was turning around to go to National Highway 5.
As a result, Mr. K. was taken to Hai Duong General Hospital for emergency treatment, and later died at the hospital at 9:20 p.m. Both vehicles were damaged.
