Meeting with Hai Duong compatriots in Van Don

Comrade Nguyen Duc Tuan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Hai Duong Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, presented flowers to congratulate the Hai Duong Fellow Countrymen Association in Van Don.

At the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Duc Tuan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Hai Duong Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, informed some of the socio-economic development results of Hai Duong in 2022 to Hai Duong people living and working in the Van Don area, especially the results in budget collection, ensuring social security, creating jobs for people, and achievements in developing high-tech agriculture. Many people from Hai Duong hometown attended the spring meeting and the 35th anniversary of the Hai Duong Association in Van Don.

The Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee thanked the Hai Duong compatriots in Van Don for their contributions to the development of their homeland. He hoped that in the coming time, the Hai Duong compatriots in Van Don would continue to unite and support each other to develop the economy and society.

Representatives of the Hai Duong Association in Van Don area also informed the delegation of Hai Duong province about the economic development results and social contributions of people living far from home, and at the same time wished to continue to actively contribute to the development of the two provinces of Hai Duong and Quang Ninh.

Hai Duong natives living in Van Don performed many cultural performances on the occasion of the meeting and 35th anniversary of the Hai Duong Fellow Countrymen Association in Van Don.

The Hai Duong Association in Van Don area was established exactly 35 years ago. The association currently has 4 branches with nearly 300 member families. The association has many humanitarian and charitable activities, helping fellow countrymen as well as contributing to the socio-economic development of the two provinces.

On the occasion of the early spring of Nham Dan 2022, a delegation of Hai Duong Association in Van Don visited their hometown and met with provincial leaders.
