The 2024 Sports Festival of the General Staff Agencies of Hai Duong Province is taking place at the Provincial Sports Gymnasium, with nearly 200 athletes participating.
On the morning of November 1, at the Hai Duong Provincial Sports Gymnasium, the 2024 Emulation Bloc of the Provincial General Staff Agencies Sports Festival took place, hosted by the Department of Finance (head of the Emulation Bloc).
The sports festival gathered nearly 200 athletes from 9 competing delegations, who are officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the following Departments: Finance, Planning and Investment, Home Affairs, Provincial Tax Department, State Bank of Vietnam, Provincial Branch, Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee Office, Provincial State Treasury, and Statistics Office.
Athletes competed in four events: men's football, table tennis, badminton, and tug of war. The men's football event, which began on October 26, has completed its competition program.
The sports festival is an annual activity, contributing to strengthening solidarity and learning exchange between units in the general staff agencies. This is also a practical activity to celebrate the country's major holidays in 2024, towards welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
In the afternoon of the same day, the sports festival will announce the competition results, award prizes and close.
