Nearly 20 households have not received compensation for land clearance in the residential area east of Tran Hung Dao Street.

According to the People's Committee of Chi Linh City, currently, the residential area project east of Tran Hung Dao Street, Sao Do Ward still has nearly 20 households that have not received compensation and support for site clearance with a total amount of nearly 12.5 billion VND. The total area that people have not received money and payment for is more than 8,700 m2.², in which the project implementation area is nearly 8,600 m²The remaining area is the adjacent area and is handed over to Sao Do Ward People's Committee for management.

To resolve the land clearance problems at this project, the People's Committee of Chi Linh City has directed the investor to coordinate in reviewing the petitions of households that have not received money to remove difficulties and problems. The People's Committee of Sao Do Ward has coordinated in propagating and mobilizing families and individuals to comply with the State's land recovery policy and receive compensation and support for land clearance according to the approved decision.

The residential area project east of Tran Hung Dao Street has an area of ​​nearly 9 hectares, invested by Viet Tien Son Real Estate Joint Stock Company. On December 31, 2019, the People's Committee of Chi Linh City issued a decision approving the compensation and support plan. Accordingly, there are 40 organizations, families and individuals whose land will be recovered, with a total compensation cost of more than 29.5 billion VND. The investor has been handed over more than 7.7 hectares of land to implement the project. The investor has completed the construction of residential infrastructure items on the handed over land area.
