Accordingly, Hung Dao Industrial Park is located in the communes of Hung Dao, Ngoc Ky, Tai Son (now Ky Son commune) and Tan Ky (Tu Ky). The north of the industrial park borders the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway and railway; the south borders agricultural land and Tan Lap residential area of Tan Ky commune; the east borders agricultural land and residential areas of Trung Son, Thuong Son, Thiet Tai villages (Ky Son commune); the west borders agricultural land and residential areas of Tu Ky Thuong, Dai Dinh, Kim Doi, Ngoc Ly villages (Ngoc Ky commune).
The area of industrial park planning research is 212.8 hectares.
This will be a multi-industry industrial park, attracting investment projects in industrial production with high added value; attracting industries according to the province's investment attraction fields and related laws including: construction, warehouse business, factories for rent, offices, parking lots and transportation and logistics support activities; data center; support services for the operation of the industrial park....
This industrial park will be invested in building synchronous, modern technical infrastructure; have a system of convenient public social works (including accommodation facilities, trade services, culture, sports, healthcare, green parks...) to serve workers and laborers in the industrial park.
The total investment capital for this industrial park is expected to be nearly 2,700 billion VND; implementation period is 36 months.
Concluding this content, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau assigned the People's Committee of Tu Ky district to receive opinions at the meeting for further review, then complete and submit to the Provincial People's Committee to report to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. The planning dossier must clearly stipulate the time when infrastructure investors, after being approved for investment policy, must pay money to the District's Land Clearance Board to quickly implement and complete compensation and land clearance work to develop the industrial park.
