The People's Council of Hai Duong province has just passed a Resolution on the task of planning the construction of Hung Dao Industrial Park (Tu Ky, Hai Duong) at a scale of 1/2000. This industrial park is over 212 hectares in the communes of Hung Dao, Ngoc Ky, Tai Son and Tan Ky, attracting about 10,000 workers.
The zoning planning study area belongs to the administrative boundaries of the communes: Hung Dao, Ngoc Ky, Tai Son and Tan Ky. The north of the industrial park borders agricultural land and the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway, the expressway's service road in Ngoc Ky, Hung Dao, Tai Son communes; the south borders agricultural land and Tan Lap residential area of Tan Ky commune; the east borders agricultural land and residential area of Trung Son village, Thuong Son village, Thiet Tai village of Tai Son commune; the west borders agricultural land and residential area of Tu Ky Thuong village, Dai Dinh village, Kim Doi village, Ngoc Ly village of Ngoc Ky commune.
