Urgently complete information and data of Hai Duong province planning dossier

On the afternoon of May 7, comrade Luu Van Ban, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee, met with departments, branches, sectors and localities on completing the provincial planning dossier and the plan to implement the provincial planning.

Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Luu Van Ban requested that before May 19, the updating of information and data into the planning dossier of Hai Duong province must be completed.

According to the consulting unit, the current planning dossier of Hai Duong province for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, is still lacking 2 pieces of information and data. That is data on population development orientation of each urban area in the province and administrative boundaries according to the national geographic database.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Luu Van Ban, requested that by May 19 at the latest, the information and data of the provincial planning dossier must be updated and completed. From now until May 19, departments, branches, and localities will continue to review, give final comments, and be responsible for the accuracy of the information and data provided to complete the provincial planning dossier.

Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment Nguyen Hai Chau reported on the status of updating information and data into the provincial planning dossier.

Regarding the content of the plan to implement the provincial planning, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Luu Van Ban, requested the Department of Planning and Investment to base on the Prime Minister's Decision approving the provincial planning to advise on the plan's content. The Department needs to review and select a consulting unit with capacity and experience to develop a plan that is effective, feasible, and in accordance with regulations and practices.

According to the Department of Planning and Investment, the plan to implement the provincial planning includes four main contents: public investment projects, investment projects using capital sources other than public investment, land use plans, identifying resources and using resources to implement the planning. In which, the investment phase to implement projects in the planning is divided into 5-year phases, detailed for each project and total investment.
