Among the 21 projects under construction invested by the Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, the Hai Duong Obstetrics Hospital Construction Investment Project has a high capital disbursement rate in 2024.
By early July, the joint venture contractor for the construction of Hai Duong Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Phase II had completed the demolition of the old building, mass pile driving, and started the foundation of the 7-storey building. At the same time, they were constructing the basement floors, columns, walls, and septic tanks. The project has disbursed about 71 billion VND, reaching 50% of the capital plan assigned in 2024.
The Hai Duong Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Phase II Construction Investment Project started on January 29, 2024 with a total construction value of nearly 223 billion VND. With the current progress, the project is expected to be completed and put into use by the end of February 2025. The scale of the project to build an inpatient treatment and general service block includes 7 floors above ground, 1 basement and 1 attic with a construction area of over 2,200 m2.2.
Previously, in early 2023, phase I of the Hai Duong Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Construction Investment Project, including examination, administrative, technical and inpatient buildings, was completed and put into operation.
