On the morning of June 29, after 27.5 working days, the 7th Session of the 15th National Assembly closed. The session ended with impressive highlights that remained in the hearts of many voters in Hai Duong.

At the 7th Session, a regular mid-year session of the 15th tenure, the National Assembly elected both the President and the National Assembly Chairman, the Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, and members of the National Assembly Standing Committee; approved and appointed the Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Public Security; approved members of the National Defense and Security Council and carried out other personnel work within its authority, achieving high consensus. This is usually done at the first session of the term.

In terms of quality and content, it is easy to see that the 7th Session has created a great resonance in the hearts of voters and people of Hai Duong with the major, breakthrough policies that were passed. Even before the opening, people have been waiting and looking forward to information about major policies expected to be considered and resolved at the session such as increasing the basic salary, absolute ban on alcohol concentration when driving, regulations on school buses, laws related to the real estate market, etc.

As the session draws to a close, people are increasingly anxiously awaiting the official policies approved by the National Assembly deputies. A voter in Hai Duong said that "we were overwhelmed when the National Assembly approved the policy of increasing the basic salary by 30% from July 1st". This is a large increase, unprecedented so far, promptly meeting practical requirements and satisfying the expectations of the majority of voters and people.
