Last working week of the 7th Session: Voting to pass many important contents

The laws voted and passed by the National Assembly include: Law on Organization of People's Courts (amended); Law on Social Insurance (amended); Law on Roads; Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Property Auction; Law on National Defense Industry, Security and Industrial Mobilization; Law on Capital City (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Guards; Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosives and Supporting Tools (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Land Law No. 31/2024/QH15, Housing Law No. 27/2023/QH15, Real Estate Business Law No. 29/2023/QH15, Law on Credit Institutions No. 32/2024/QH15.

The resolutions voted and passed by the National Assembly include: Resolution on approving the 2022 state budget settlement; Resolution on approving the document on joining the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland; Resolution of the National Assembly on piloting the addition of a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Nghe An province; Resolution of the National Assembly on the organization of urban government and piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Da Nang city; Resolution of the National Assembly on the investment policy of the North-South Expressway construction investment project in the West, Gia Nghia (Dak Nong) - Chon Thanh (Binh Phuoc) section.

The National Assembly also voted to pass: Resolution on the National Marine Spatial Planning for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050; Resolution on the results of the thematic supervision of "the implementation of Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 dated January 11, 2022 of the National Assembly on fiscal and monetary policies to support the Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Program and the National Assembly's resolutions on a number of important national projects until the end of 2023"; Resolution on questions and answers; Resolution of the 7th Session of the 15th National Assembly (including the content on adjusting the investment policy of the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development of Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas for the 2021-2030 period and reducing value-added tax).

According to the program, during the working week, the National Assembly will discuss the following draft laws: Law on Prevention and Combat of Human Trafficking (amended); Law on Value Added Tax (amended); Law on Notarization (amended); Law on Cultural Heritage (amended); Law on Amendments and Supplements to a Number of Articles of the Law on Pharmacy; Law on Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue; Law on People's Air Defense; Law on Urban and Rural Planning; Law on Geology and Minerals.
