Delegation of the Central Business Bloc Party Committee works in Hai Duong

Comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, spoke at the working session with the delegation of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc.

Comrades: Tran Duc Thang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Trieu The Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee worked with the delegation.

Comrade Nguyen Long Hai, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc, spoke at the working session.

According to Hai Duong's report, from 2021 to the end of May 2023, the whole province had 3,789 newly registered enterprises. Hai Duong currently has over 18,500 enterprises with a total registered capital of over 215,000 billion VND, including 503 foreign direct investment enterprises. In 2022, Hai Duong had a density of operating enterprises per 1,000 working-age people of 11.5 enterprises, ranking 15th in the country.

As of June 2023, Hai Duong has 179 party organizations in private enterprises with a total of 2,523 party members...

With the spirit of accompanying businesses, Hai Duong has focused on developing policies, documents, and regulations to guide and support businesses and investors in administrative procedures and business investment activities; effectively implementing business support policies issued by the Government. The province has also developed and implemented many regulations, programs, and projects to support businesses in the fields of: business registration, start-up, trade promotion, labor, improving the business investment environment, etc.

Comrade Nguyen Hong Son, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee, reported on the development of party organizations, party members and socio-political organizations in private units in Hai Duong.

Speaking at the meeting, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc Nguyen Long Hai congratulated and highly appreciated the comprehensive socio-economic development results and Party development in Hai Duong's private enterprises, especially in the context of facing many difficulties and great challenges.

Comrade Nguyen Long Hai, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc, proposed that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee continue to pay attention to supporting the units under the Party Committee of the Bloc operating in Hai Duong in training and fostering political theory for cadres and party members, coordinating the management of party members; supervising party members in implementing Regulation No. 213-QD/TW dated January 2, 2020 of the Politburo on the responsibility of party members who are working regularly to maintain contact with the party organization and the people where they reside. Party committees and authorities at all levels in the province continue to create favorable conditions and support enterprises under the Party Committee of the Bloc to develop production and business activities, build party organizations and socio-political organizations, etc.

Comrade Tran Van Quan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee reported on the business development situation in Hai Duong province.

Comrade Nguyen Long Hai, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc, wished Hai Duong province to continue to have rapid and sustainable development steps; successfully implement the goals set out in the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress.

At the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang thanked and expressed his hope that the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc and Hai Duong will have more practical and effective coordination activities in Party building and socio-economic development.

The leaders witnessed representatives of Vietnam Cement Corporation and Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (Vietinbank) donate funds to the Red Cross Society's Humanitarian Fund of Hai Duong province and help people in difficult circumstances in the province.

Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang emphasized the role and importance of developing and improving the efficiency of Party organizations in private enterprises. He asked the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc to propose and recommend specific policies to the Central Government to encourage enterprises to develop the Party and socio-political organizations; and to support those working in Party and mass organizations in non-state enterprises. Corporations and general companies under the Party Committee of the Bloc continue to pay attention to investing in production and business activities in Hai Duong. Hai Duong is committed to creating maximum favorable conditions for enterprises to develop effectively, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.

At the meeting, the leaders witnessed representatives of Vietnam Cement Corporation and Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (Vietinbank) donate 1 billion VND (each unit donated 500 million VND) to the Provincial Red Cross Society to serve humanitarian activities, helping difficult circumstances in the province.
