Comrade Tran Duc Thang inspected the preparations for the Cao An Commune Party Congress.

On the morning of February 19, comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, inspected the preparations for the grassroots Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term in Cao An commune (Cam Giang).

Also on the inspection were comrades: Nguyen Hong Son, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board; Pham Manh Hung, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, Head of the Working Group assisting the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee in directing the model congresses at the grassroots level of the province; leaders of the advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee and Cam Giang District Party Committee.

Directing at the inspection session, comrade Tran Duc Thang acknowledged and highly appreciated the comrades in the Provincial Working Group and the Standing Committee of Cam Giang District Party Committee for their close leadership and direction in preparing for the model congress in Cao An commune and the urgent and active preparation spirit of the Commune Party Committee.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested the Provincial Working Group and the Standing Committee of the Cam Giang District Party Committee to continue to direct and guide the preparation and organization of the congress to ensure conditions for the congress to take place seriously and in accordance with regulations, with attention paid to the good implementation of the personnel plan. The election work must be in accordance with the election regulations within the Party.

Cao An Commune Party Committee received the delegates' opinions and completed the remaining tasks. Strengthened propaganda work before, during and after the congress; paid attention to decoration, celebration, logistics, and environmental sanitation for the congress. According to the report of Cao An Commune Party Secretary Nguyen Van Dam at the inspection session, preparations for the 25th Cao An Commune Party Congress have been basically completed.

The Party Committee has prepared personnel work carefully, closely, in accordance with procedures, regulations, and Party principles, ensuring standards and a reasonable structure. The Party Committee has drafted a personnel plan for the Party Executive Committee and members of the Party Inspection Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Of which, the number of the Party Executive Committee of the commune for the 25th term is 13 comrades, with the structure of sectors, fields, female structure, and age meeting the spirit of Directive 35 and the plan of the Provincial Party Committee and District Party Committee. The members of the Party Committee Inspection Committee (concurrently) for the 2025 - 2030 term are 5 comrades. The number of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term is 5 comrades.

Up to now, the Cao An Commune Party Committee has completed the personnel process according to regulations; completed the congress documents. The political report has been commented on by the Provincial Party Committee's Working Group and is currently being bound for publication. The review report and documents serving the congress have been completed and commented on by the Provincial Party Committee and District Party Committee's Working Group. The Party Committee has agreed on the personnel of the Presidium with 5 comrades; the Secretariat with 2 comrades; the Delegate Qualification Review Committee with 5 comrades; and the Ballot Counting Committee with 11 comrades.

The Party Committee also organized propaganda about the Congress through many forms and through many information channels. Cadres, party members and people in the commune were excited and honored when the Cao An Commune Party Committee was chosen to organize the model Congress of the grassroots Party Committee of the province.

The 25th Congress of Cao An Commune Party Committee will be held on February 24 and 25.
