Sudan has recorded 9,533 cases of cholera, including 315 deaths.
Previously, Sudanese Health Minister Haitham Mohamed Ibrahim officially declared a cholera outbreak on August 17.
The country's health ministry said the cholera outbreak was caused by deteriorating environmental conditions, war and the use of dirty water.
Not only cholera, many other diseases have also broken out in Sudan since fighting broke out between the Sudan Armed Forces (SAF) and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in April 2023.
