Guinness World Record for Hairy Face

According to the Independent newspaper (UK), Lalit Patidar, who lives in Madhya Pradesh state, has congenital hypertrichosis, a rare disease also known as "werewolf syndrome". According to the Guinness Organization, Patidar has a density of nearly 202 hairs per square centimeter of his face, with more than 95% of his face covered.

Despite being stared at and intimidated by his peers as a child, Patidar gradually learned to accept his uniqueness. "The first day at school was not easy because my classmates were afraid of me. But when they got to know me better, they realized that I was no different from them," he told Guinness.

Patidar is now a popular YouTuber who regularly shares his daily life with his more than 108,000 followers. He also has 265,000 followers on Instagram, where he posts inspirational stories about his journey.

Recently, Patidar went to Milan (Italy) to attend the Lo Show dei Record program, where his record was officially recognized. "I really don't know what to say. I'm so happy to receive this title!", Patidar excitedly shared.

Although many people advised Patidar to find a way to remove facial hair, he remained confident in his appearance: "I like myself the way I am and don't want to change my appearance."

According to Guinness World Records, since the Middle Ages, there have been only about 50 cases of this disease worldwide, making Patidar an extremely rare case, with a ratio of one in a billion.

The story of this 18-year-old boy is not only a Guinness record, but also a strong inspiration about confidence, bravery and love of life.
