After conducting field inspections at 17 communes building advanced new rural areas and 2 communes building model new rural areas in 3 districts of Cam Giang, Tu Ky and Gia Loc, the Provincial New Rural Area Coordination Office assessed that currently, some communes are still slow in completing the implementation of criteria and the work of preparing records and supporting documents according to regulations. Some criteria that are slow to complete are difficult criteria in building advanced new rural areas such as: criterion No. 13 (organization of production and rural economic development), criterion No. 14 (health), advanced criterion No. 17 (environment). For the model new rural area criteria, the difficult contents to implement are average income per capita, smart village model, digital transformation, etc.
