On September 27, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment requested the District People's Committee to review all ongoing projects related to compensation and support for site clearance when the State acquires land; direct specialized departments, units and Commune People's Committees to focus maximum resources, thoroughly resolve outstanding issues and bottlenecks. In cases exceeding authority or detecting inadequacies in legal regulations, synthesize and directly discuss with relevant departments and branches to advise on management of relevant fields before finalizing the report, and seek opinions to remove obstacles to find optimal solutions, limiting the need to report multiple times.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment also requested the District People's Committee to continue to direct and request the Commune People's Committee to review, liquidate and completely handle contracts for assignment and subcontracting that have been signed in violation of regulations (wrong subjects, incorrect purposes, land use duration, etc.). Prevent and promptly handle violations on corridor land, agricultural land and other land violations. Review, clarify responsibilities and handle, recommend handling responsibilities according to regulations for relevant collectives and individuals if land violations continue to occur.

Recently, the Provincial People's Committee has issued many directives related to site clearance, removing obstacles and difficulties to implement works and projects, especially public investment projects.
