Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee has just decided to approve the investment policy and investor Ya Wan Hong Industrial (HK) Limited (Hong Kong, China) to implement the Packaging Production and Printing Factory Project in Nghia An Industrial Cluster (Ninh Giang).
Each year, the project produces, processes and prints 6 million packaging products; 2.5 million plastic toy products; 4 million paper toy products; and 1.5 million fabric toy products.
The total investment capital of the project is nearly 380.6 billion VND, equivalent to 15 million USD. The project uses 34,036 m2 of land in Nghia An Industrial Park (Ninh Giang), on the land that Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee previously leased to Babeeni Vietnam Co., Ltd. to implement the Export Garment and Embroidery Factory Project. However, at present, Babeeni Vietnam Co., Ltd. has no need to continue the project and has decided to terminate the project, return the leased land area; at the same time, transfer all assets attached to the land at the above leased land to the investor Ya Wan Hong Industrial (HK) Limited.
The investor must complete and put the project into operation within 24 months from the date of investment policy approval.
