On the afternoon of September 6, the leader of the State Reserve Department in Hai Hung area said that the unit has prepared a plan in terms of human resources, vehicles, and national reserve goods to organize timely distribution and support localities in responding to and overcoming the consequences of floods according to regulations.
The Hai Hung State Reserve Department requested its subordinate units to organize 24/24 duty with 100% of the staff following the "4 on-site" principle to proactively respond to storm No. 3 (storm Yagi). At the same time, it directed the units to develop plans to ensure the safety of people, property and national reserves. The units coordinated with local authorities where the national reserve warehouses were located to be ready to respond, overcome and promptly resolve any situation that occurred.
Since September 4, warehouses with national reserves have completed inspections of goods, supplies, food, rice, etc.; implemented measures to ensure safety for warehouses and national reserves. Through inspections, materials for natural disaster prevention and search and rescue at warehouses are ready for operation; food items such as rice and paddy are also guaranteed in quantity and quality, ready to be issued when ordered by competent authorities...
Currently, the State Reserve Department in Hai Hung area has 16 warehouses for storing national reserve goods, including 11 warehouses in Hai Duong and 5 warehouses in Hung Yen.
