Vietnam Real Estate Construction Joint Stock Company (Hanoi) provided dishonest documents related to bidding in Hai Duong, and was proposed by the Department of Planning and Investment to be banned from participating in bidding activities for 4 years.
According to the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong, after continuing to post the notice of extension of the registration period for interest in implementing the Investment Project to build the new residential area of Vuon Dao, Lai Cach town (Cam Giang), the department received 1 more project interest file from Vietnam Real Estate Construction Joint Stock Company (Hanoi).
However, through reviewing the registration documents for the Vuon Dao Residential Area Construction Investment Project, it was found that Vietnam Real Estate Construction Joint Stock Company provided dishonest information that could distort the evaluation results.
Specifically, the above company signed a construction contract with HAI A Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (construction contractor) before HAI A Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company was established. At the same time, HAI A Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company signed a construction contract with Nhat Minh Vietnam Tourism and Service Joint Stock Company before this company was granted the right to own the land use right for the land lot to carry out the investment project to build the Wyndham Garden Hotel.
In early December 2024, the Department of Planning and Investment invited Vietnam Real Estate Construction Joint Stock Company to work on the above content. Vietnam Real Estate Construction Joint Stock Company admitted to providing dishonest reporting documents related to bidding documents.
Pursuant to the Law on Bidding 2013, the Department of Planning and Investment proposed to reject the registration dossier for the Project on Investment in Construction of Vuon Dao Residential Area, Lai Cach Town (Cam Giang) of Vietnam Real Estate Construction Joint Stock Company, and at the same time proposed to ban this company from participating in bidding activities in Hai Duong province for a period of 4 years (from the date the Provincial People's Committee issued the decision).
Vietnam Real Estate Construction Joint Stock Company is a joint stock company, first registered by the Business Registration Office, Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment on January 6, 2014, and registered for the 18th change on September 19, 2024.
