49 land plots to bid for investors in Hai Duong

Hai Duong Provincial People's Council has just approved a list of 49 land plots to be auctioned to select investors to implement investment projects using land in the province.

The Thai Binh riverside ecological urban area project (Ecorivers) has 2 social housing areas in the list of land areas applying the form of bidding to select investors to implement the project.

At the 26th Session held on the afternoon of October 18, the People's Council of Hai Duong province passed a Resolution deciding on the list of land plots to be auctioned to select investors to implement investment projects using land in the province.

According to the resolution, there are 30 land plots applying the form of bidding to select investors to implement investment projects to build new urban areas or renovate and embellish urban areas and rural residential area projects in Hai Duong province.

Kim Thanh district has the most with 6 land areas, including the residential area west of Phu Thai town (sub-area B), the residential area east of Phu Thai town (areas A and B)...

The Provincial People's Council also decided on a list of 19 land plots applying the form of bidding to select investors to implement the project according to the provisions of law on industry and sector management in the province.

Hai Duong City has 5 land areas, including: social housing area in Ngoc Chau ward residential area; social housing area in Trai Bau residential area, Le Thanh Nghi ward; social housing area in Phu Quy urban area phase 1; social housing area in lot 1 - C2 and social housing area in subdivision 4 of the Thai Binh riverside ecological urban area project (Ecorivers).
