The Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong province proposed a list of 9 land plots for bidding for investment projects using land in the province (phase 2).
At the December Provincial People's Committee meeting (first time) on the morning of December 2, the Department of Planning and Investment reported to the Provincial People's Committee on the list of land plots for bidding for investment projects using land in the province (phase 2).
Based on the review results, after comparing with the criteria according to Resolution No. 11/2024/NQ-HDND dated August 12, 2024 of the Provincial People's Council, the Department of Planning and Investment proposed that the People's Committee consider and submit to the Provincial People's Council for approval the list of 4 land plots for bidding to select investors to implement investment projects to build urban areas and rural residential areas.
The 4 land plots include: Mixed urban area east of Vo Nguyen Giap Avenue, Hai Duong City; new urban area and Lien Hong golf course, Hai Duong City; new residential area in Hiep Luc commune, Ninh Giang district; Yet Kieu - Trung Khanh residential area, Yet Kieu commune, Gia Loc district.
At the same time, propose the Provincial People's Council to approve 5 land plots to apply the bidding method to select investors to implement the project according to regulations on industry and sector management.
In particular, Hai Duong City has 2 land plots including: FPT Hai Duong Education Complex, Eye Hospital and International General Hospital (both in Lien Hong Commune). Chi Linh City has 2 land plots in Cong Hoa Ward including: Investing in building a kindergarten at NT land plot and building Chi Linh market at CC3 land plot, both in the new urban area east of Chi Linh City. The remaining land plot in Gia Loc town is the Sao Mai - Marie Curie education complex.
Concluding this content, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau proposed to continue reviewing the list of land plots for bidding for investment projects using land. For the list of land plots for bidding to select investors to implement investment projects to build urban areas and rural residential areas, the Department of Planning and Investment was requested to review and supplement the proposals of Ninh Giang, Binh Giang, Tu Ky, Thanh Ha districts; for land plots with an area of 2-3 hectares or less, interspersed in rural areas, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment was requested to establish a team to inspect the current status of the land plots.
The Department of Planning and Investment receives and completes the report of the Provincial People's Committee to submit to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, requests the opinions of the Provincial People's Council committees, and on that basis advises on the issuance of the official list.
The first meeting of the Provincial People's Committee in December also considered the drafting of a resolution of the Provincial People's Council regulating the support mechanism for implementing social housing investment projects in Hai Duong province until 2030; regulating the content and expenditure levels for industrial promotion activities in Hai Duong province.
