The new Executive Committee of the Department of Science and Technology Trade Union was launched.

During the 2023-2028 term, the Department of Science and Technology Trade Union strives for 100% of union members to participate in training and professional development according to job position requirements. The departmental union is strong; the agency is a grassroots cultural unit. 100% of civil servants, public employees, and workers achieve the title of advanced workers or higher; 95% or more of female union members achieve the title of "Good at public work, good at housework"; introduce at least 5 outstanding union members for consideration, training, and admission to the Party...

In the 2017-2023 term, the Department of Science and Technology Trade Union actively participated in building and contributing ideas to perfecting the grassroots democracy regulations at the workplace, the internal spending regulations of the department and its affiliated units to ensure compliance with regulations. Timely encouraging and visiting union members and their relatives when they are sick or in trouble; giving gifts to union members' children and workers on the occasion of the new school year... Union members actively participate in scientific research and innovation activities. In particular, the Department of Science and Technology Trade Union focuses on inspection work. The Union Inspection Committee has conducted 25 inspections at grassroots union groups. After each inspection, the Union Inspection Committee meets to discuss and contribute ideas to union groups to operate more and more effectively, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new period.

At the 26th Congress of the Department of Science and Technology Trade Union for the 2023-2028 term held on the afternoon of April 21, 7 people were elected to the new Executive Committee of the Department Trade Union.
