On the afternoon of February 3, the Hai Duong Provincial Police Party Committee held a conference to disseminate Plan No. 282-KH/DUCA dated January 25, 2025 of the Central Police Party Committee on implementing Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the Central Executive Committee and the Conclusion of the Politburo on continuing to streamline the organization and apparatus of local police to operate effectively and efficiently, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new period.
The conference was held at the provincial police hall and connected online to the police bridge points of 12 districts, towns and cities.
The Party Secretary and Director of the Provincial Police affirmed that Hai Duong Police is thoroughly implementing Plan No. 282-KH/DUCA dated January 25, 2025 of the Central Police Party Committee with the most urgent and serious spirit, aiming to deploy the organizational model of "comprehensive province, strong commune, close to the grassroots" in the soonest time.
Preparations by the forces will be completed by February 10 at the latest to promptly advise the Party Committee and the Provincial Police Department Board of Directors to decide on the arrangement of a new organizational model.
In the revolution of streamlining the apparatus, the provincial police leaders will review and properly evaluate the capacity and qualities of each comrade to assign tasks. The disestablishment of district-level police is not the end but only a phase in the implementation of the apparatus streamlining project. Hai Duong police will continue to study and evaluate organizational models that are no longer suitable for the requirements and tasks in the new period to continue streamlining.
From now until the new organizational model is implemented, the department will closely follow the department, and the locality will closely follow the department to have direction in the arrangement, working while perfecting, not waiting or relying on superiors.
