On the morning of October 9, Comrade Luu Van Ban, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province chaired the regular October meeting (3rd time) of the Provincial People's Committee to review and discuss a number of contents and reports reported by the Departments of Finance, Natural Resources and Environment, Planning and Investment, Agriculture and Rural Development, Construction and the People's Committee of Hai Duong city.
According to the report of the Department of Finance, Hai Duong will move 24 agencies and units in Hai Duong city to the Provincial Central Administrative Center with the assigned number of 832 people. After the move, a total of 25 headquarters with a land area of 93,967.7 m2 and a house area of 468,130.2 m2 must be arranged and handled. Based on the needs and actual situation, the Department of Finance proposed to transfer 3 headquarters to educational land, 9 headquarters to keep the headquarters land to arrange for some agencies of Hai Duong city, 3 headquarters to transfer to public land, parks, trees... 10 headquarters to be sold to create investment sources for the construction of the Provincial Central Administrative Center.
The Provincial People's Committee basically agreed with the content of the submission approving the project to arrange the headquarters of state agencies in Hai Duong city after moving to the province's centralized administrative center.
Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Luu Van Ban suggested that the project should be made part of the overall project to arrange state agency headquarters in the province.
Based on the report of the Department of Finance, the Department of Construction will take the lead in advising on the development of a general project, paying attention to key issues regarding planning, housing arrangement, land use plans after arrangement... The Department of Construction will complete the draft project and report to the Provincial People's Committee before October 20.
