Voters of Tu Ky and Binh Giang districts proposed many issues regarding policies and regimes, and after merging commune-level administrative units, it is necessary to consider the location of the new administrative agency headquarters so that it is reasonable.
On September 27 and 29, the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Duong province divided into 3 groups to meet voters before the 6th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
Group 1 includes comrades: Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Thi Mai Thoa, Standing Member of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Education; Bui Sy Hoan, Director of the Department of Justice, met with voters in Nguyen Giap commune (Tu Ky) on the morning of September 27 and Tan Viet commune (Binh Giang) in the afternoon of the same day.
In Tu Ky district, 11 voters raised 13 opinions focusing on tightening land management; proposing to increase industry allowances for preschool teachers. Currently, the treatment and salary of preschool teachers are low, not attracting professionals and young workers. Voters proposed to consider funding for the Ho Chi Minh Trail Truong Son Tradition Association at the commune level to organize activities. Proposing to support health insurance for part-time police officers...
In Binh Giang district, 6 voters made a number of proposals on balancing the budget, providing financial support for the Association of the Elderly to maintain its activities and requested that all levels and sectors pay more attention to the elderly.
Voters also pointed out that there are still many problems in the process of granting land use right certificates. Voters of Binh Minh commune suggested that the merger of commune-level administrative units should consider the location of the new administrative agency headquarters to be reasonable.
Speaking and receiving opinions from voters of Tu Ky and Binh Giang districts, comrade Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of voters who spent time researching and had many practical suggestions and contributions. Comrade Le Van Hieu emphasized that for issues of particular interest to voters, National Assembly deputies will spend time thoroughly researching to participate in contributing at the National Assembly forum. Regarding the issue of merging commune-level administrative units, comrade Le Van Hieu requested that districts and communes must choose a reasonable location for administrative headquarters, creating favorable conditions for the people. Many issues after the merger such as the management of public assets, the arrangement of cadres and civil servants, etc. need to be paid attention to and focused on.
The Provincial National Assembly Delegation will synthesize opinions and send them to competent authorities of the Central and the province for consideration and response.
