Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Council Le Van Hieu surveyed food hygiene and safety at schools and businesses.

On the morning of March 22, the survey delegation of the Standing Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council led by Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Le Van Hieu conducted a direct survey at 4 schools and enterprises.

On the morning of March 22, the Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial People's Council conducted a field survey at 2 enterprises and 2 schools in the province on food hygiene and safety.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Le Van Hieu discussed with the leaders of Shints BVT Company Limited about the quality of kitchens for workers.

In Hai Duong City, the Delegation conducted a direct survey at An Phat Industrial Catering Services Joint Stock Company (Viet Hoa Ward), Shints BVT Company Limited (Thach Khoi Ward) and Thanh Binh Primary School.

The survey team studied the facilities and multi-purpose tables serving students during lunch break at Thanh Binh Primary School (Hai Duong City).

In Tu Ky district, the delegation surveyed Quang Trung Kindergarten.

Through the survey, Chairman of the People's Council of Hai Duong province Le Van Hieu assessed that 4 units basically ensure food hygiene and safety. Regarding An Phat Industrial Catering Service Joint Stock Company, Chairman of the People's Council of the province Le Van Hieu assessed that this is a fairly good model of providing meals for companies in industrial parks and needs to continue to strengthen quality, promote efficiency and expand the model. The kitchen for workers at Shints BVT Company Limited is also basically guaranteed.

The survey team assessed that the Board of Directors of Quang Trung Kindergarten (Tu Ky) proactively overcame difficulties and ensured learning and living space for students.

Regarding the toilets and kitchens at the two schools directly surveyed, comrade Le Van Hieu acknowledged that the schools have focused on ensuring hygiene and proactively overcoming difficulties. However, there are still some limitations in terms of facilities.

After surveying hygiene and food safety at schools and businesses, the delegation went to Cong Lac commune (Tu Ky) to survey people's complaints about the quality of clean water. Here, comrade Le Van Hieu directed the Department of Health to urgently collect samples, analyze and report the results.
