According to the Resolution amending and supplementing the land price list for the period 2020-2024, recently approved by the People's Council of Hai Duong province, the highest land price in the land price list in Chi Linh city (Hai Duong) is 100 million VND/m2.
Accordingly, the highest price is on Ba Trieu Street (a street in the technical infrastructure construction project of Sao Do Ward residential area, also known as Vincom area). Specifically: land plots at position 1 (road frontage, street frontage) on Ba Trieu Street (Sao Do Ward) adjacent to a road with a width (including road frontage, sidewalk, median strip if any) of 20.5 m or more have the highest residential land price of 100 million VND/m2.
The land price list issued by the Provincial People's Council is not to be applied to land trading in the market but is the basis for specialized agencies to calculate taxes and fees, such as: taxes and fees for land use rights transfer; non-agricultural land use fees; land use purpose conversion fees; land rent; land recovery compensation fees...
