The Land Law (amended) has many important new points, including regulations on the issuance of annual land price lists from January 1, 2026.
On January 18, at the 5th Extraordinary Session, the 15th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam passed the Land Law, effective from January 1, 2025.
Articles 190 and 248 take effect early from April 1, 2024.
