The Chi Linh City Party Committee organized research, compilation, supplementation and republishing of the book "History of the Chi Linh City Party Committee (1930-2023)" to implement Directive No. 20 of the Central Party Secretariat on continuing to strengthen and improve the quality of research, compilation, propaganda and education of Party history.
