When he first bought it, the machine ran well, but after only a few days, it had problems and had to reinstall Windows to run. This situation repeated many times, the store staff explained that it could be due to a faulty Windows version or a virus infection. After about 5 months of use, the machine "died" completely. Mr. D. took the computer to another store for repair, and when the technician removed the components to check, he discovered a fake Chinese hard drive inside the machine.

Low-quality Chinese SSD hard drives do not have genuine imported silver stamps, have Glowy, eekoo labels... or have Chinese characters on the drive, 120 GB, 240 GB type, cost just over 100,000 VND. If the computer is found to have a fake hard drive, customers can ask the store to exchange or add money to install a genuine hard drive to ensure safety and warranty.
