Recently, a Ferrari 296 GTS was delivered to a Saigon tycoon and quickly got a license plate in time for the owner to use the car for Tet. According to research, this supercar was imported by the official distributor with a rolling price of more than 31 billion VND, including many expensive options.
Ferrari 296 GTS is a convertible supercar, launched on the global market from April 2022, but it will not be until mid-2023 that the first car will be delivered to Vietnamese customers. The starting price of 296 GTS is announced by the official distributor at more than 23 billion VND.

The exterior of the car is painted in blue, called Blu Corsa in the manufacturer's optional color palette. This is also a color that rarely appears on Ferraris in Vietnam, unlike the first 296 GTS painted in a brighter red.
Some exterior details made of carbon material, chosen by the car owner include front bumper, side skirts, rear diffuser. The above options alone cost the car owner no less than 500 million VND.

In particular, this "super horse" rim set is 20 inches in size, finished in carbon fiber, with a sporty multi-spoke design. Inside are not-so-outstanding black brake calipers, accompanied by large ceramic-carbon brake discs. According to research, the price of the rim set is up to more than 1 billion VND, the same price as the same rim set on the first Ferrari SF90 Stradale in Vietnam.

The convertible (GTS) version of the Ferrari 296 has a similar design to the hardtop (GTB). The biggest difference is the 2-piece folding roof that can be opened/closed electrically in 14 seconds, even when the car is moving at speeds below 45 km/h. Due to this mechanism, the dry weight of the car also increases by 70 kg compared to the hardtop version, reaching 1,540 kg.

Powering the Ferrari 296 GTS is a plug-in hybrid powertrain, consisting of a 3.0L twin-turbo V6 engine producing 663 horsepower and an electric motor with 164 horsepower. The total power generated is up to 818 horsepower and 740 Nm of torque.
The car's acceleration from 0-100 km/h is 2.9 seconds, 0-200 km/h takes 7.6 seconds and the maximum speed is 330 km/h.
