Instead of keeping his cars in the garage, real estate billionaire Gill Dezer displays them in his Miami penthouse, which has a car elevator.

The 48-year-old billionaire's apartment has a panoramic view of Miami Beach, but he only likes to look at his 11 favorite cars placed in the house and compares them to giant models.

"From the living room I can see two cars, the kitchen area can see two others and the bedroom view can admire the remaining seven supercars. For me, cars are like Da Vinci's works of art, and of course, no one keeps valuables in the basement but will put them in the house," said the billionaire.

Gill Dezer's "Mona Lisa" consists of three cars: a McLaren Speedtail, a Porsche 918, and a Bugatti Chiron. Each one is worth over a million dollars, which is why he wanted to display them in his living space.

According to experts, a garage is traditionally a simple concrete structure with a roof to protect against rain and sun, separate from the living space. However, this concept is gradually changing with the super-rich because they consider the garage to be a valuable real estate.

Graham Harris, co-founder of SHH Architecture and Interior Design - one of the world's leading studios specializing in designing for the wealthy, said: "We don't call it a garage, but a showroom. It's a performance area with artistic lighting and context. Gone are the days when garages were just cold concrete spaces."

Now, the garage of the super rich must have a luxurious space, equipped with advanced racing simulator screens, virtual reality headsets, bars, bowling alleys, golf courses or giant televisions.

“A lot of people have ordered Samsung “walls” (custom-made LED screens), which start at about $385,000, to put in their garages,” Harris said.

The materials used to build the garage have also changed. Instead of concrete floors, the Harris team used a color-coordinated plastic that protects the tires from dirt and dust. This material is also suitable for panoramic lighting, both highlighting and creating the feeling that the car is floating in the air.

Unlike many billionaires who want to build separate parking areas for their cars, Gill Dezer, who owns 32 supercars, wants to live and see his favorite cars every day.

To fulfill this wish, the 48-year-old man spent 480 million USD to build Porsche Design Tower. This building is famous for its central elevator area, making it easy for residents to bring their cars to their homes. Residents here all own large assets or are famous people. One of them is Lionel Messi, but now the male soccer player has had to move out due to being bothered by many crazy fans.

The apartment space design model will display more supercars after the Bentley Residences building comes into operation.

In addition to the Porsche Tower, Gill Dezer is preparing to build the 62-story Bentley Residences in Miami. The building will have four elevators specifically designed for cars and 216 apartments. Prices range from $5.5 million to $35 million per unit.

Besides residents who want to see cars every day, there are still people who decide to build partitions in their homes, separating cars and private life.
