The skin is the largest organ of the body but is quite fragile so it needs attention and care, especially when the weather changes.

Currently, the weather is changing seasons, especially in the North, it is dry, which can cause the skin to lose water and become easily irritated, peeling, and cracked. Therefore, different care regimens are needed to protect the skin from harmful external factors.

Gentle face wash

When the weather turns dry, you should choose a mild, alcohol-free, moisturizing cleanser. In addition to cleaning, facial cleanser also helps maintain a certain amount of moisture for the skin. Be careful not to wash your face with water that is too hot and too many times a day because it will make your skin drier.

Exfoliate

Exfoliate 1-2 times a week to remove dead skin cells and allow your skin to better absorb your skincare products. Avoid using products that contain alcohol, as these can dry out your skin even more.

Moisturizing

Use a moisturizer daily, especially after washing your face. Choose a product that contains ingredients like hyaluronic acid, glycerin, or ceramides.

With serum, choose one that contains vitamin C or vitamin E to help increase moisture and protect the skin from environmental impacts.

This season, people can use natural moisturizing masks or paper masks which are also very effective in moisturizing the skin.

Sunscreen

The weather during the transitional season may be cooler than summer, but the effects of UVA and UVB rays on the skin remain the same. People should still use sunscreen to protect their skin from UV rays by applying it every day and reapplying it every 2-3 hours to ensure sun protection.

Replenish water and food

Drink enough water every day to keep your skin moist from the inside. In addition, you need to eat enough nutrients, eat lots of fruits and vegetables, especially those rich in vitamins A and C, to help improve skin condition.
