Citizen reception time starts from 2:00 p.m. on September 7, 2023 at the Provincial Citizen Reception Office at 45 Bac Son Street, Quang Trung Ward (Hai Duong City).
The Provincial People's Committee Office has issued a notice requesting citizens to register directly at the Provincial Citizen Reception Office before September 6, 2023.
The Provincial Party Secretary and the Provincial People's Committee Chairman will receive citizens who have registered complaints and denunciations under the jurisdiction of the provincial level. For complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections under the jurisdiction of departments, branches and district-level People's Committees, citizens should contact the competent agencies and persons of the departments, branches or district-level People's Committees for consideration and resolution.
