Appointment, transfer and dismissal of a series of officials in Vinh Phuc

According to Conclusion No. 90-KL/TU dated June 21, 2024 of the Standing Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee signed by Provincial Party Secretary Duong Van An, this locality has dismissed, removed from office and transferred a series of cadres.

The Standing Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee unanimously transferred and appointed Provincial Party Committee member and Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office Tran Viet Cuong to the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board; dismissed Mr. Nguyen Ba Huy from the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board and transferred him to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Board. Mr. Nguyen Ba Huy's specific tasks will be assigned by the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Board.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Quang resigned from the position of Secretary of Vinh Tuong District Party Committee to be appointed as Director of the Department of Planning and Investment.

Mr. Ngo Huu Mai was reappointed as Director of Construction Investment Management Board.

The Standing Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee agreed to remove Mr. Le Van Kien from the position of Director of the Department of Transport; at the same time, transfer and assign Mr. Kien to hold the position of Deputy Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council.

Mr. Nguyen Van Do resigned from the position of Director of the Department of Planning and Investment and was assigned to hold the position of Director of the Provincial Center for Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phuong stopped participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, stopped holding the position of Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tam Dao district and was assigned to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Provincial Project Management Board of Civil and Industrial Works.

Mr. Do Huu Vinh resigned from the position of Director of the Department of Information and Communications and was transferred and assigned to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Vinh Phuc province.

Mr. Nguyen Ba Hien stopped participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, stopped holding the position of Secretary of the Song Lo District Party Committee, and was transferred and assigned to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vinh Phuc.

Mr. Tran Quang Ngoc ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, ceased to hold the position of Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tam Duong district, and was transferred and assigned to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Provincial Center for Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support.

The Standing Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee dismissed Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung from the position of Director of the Department of Finance and granted him early retirement; dismissed Mr. Nguyen Duc Tai from the position of Director of the Department of Construction and granted him early retirement according to regulations. Mr. Tung and Mr. Tai will retire from July 1, 2024.
