Government Inspectorate announces decision on personnel work

On the afternoon of October 10, in Hanoi, the Government Inspectorate held a conference to announce 19 decisions on rotation, transfer, and appointment of civil servants and management officials; including decisions for 7 department head-level officials and equivalent, and 12 deputy department head-level officials and equivalent.

Government Inspector General Doan Hong Phong chaired the conference.

Specifically, Decision No. 566/QD-TTCP dated October 9, 2023 of the Government Inspector General transfers, assigns, and appoints Mr. Hoang Hung, Director of the Department of Supervision, Appraisal, and Post-Inspection Handling, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Inspection, Settlement of Complaints and Denunciations of the Sectoral Economic Sector (Department I).

In Decision No. 556/QD-TTCP dated October 9, 2023 of the Government Inspector General, Mr. Le Tien Dat, Chief of the Party-Mass Organization Office, was transferred, appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Supervision, Appraisal and Post-Inspection Handling.

Decision No. 568/QD-TTCP dated October 9, 2023 of the Government Inspector General on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Trinh Van Toan, Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Secretary of the Government Inspector General to hold the position of Chief of the Party-Mass Organization Office, Secretary of the Government Inspector General.

Decision No. 563/QD-TTCP dated October 9, 2023 of the Government Inspector General on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Tran Dang Vinh, Director of the Department of General Planning, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Legal Affairs.

Decision No. 562/QD-TTCP dated October 9, 2023 of the Government Inspector General on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Le Hong Linh, Director of the Department of Inspection, Settlement of Complaints and Denunciations of the cultural and social sector (Department III) to hold the position of Director of the Department of Planning and Synthesis.

Decision No. 561/QD-TTCP dated October 9, 2023 of the Government Inspector General on the transfer, assignment and appointment of Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh, Director of the Department of International Cooperation, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Inspection, Settlement of Complaints and Denunciations of the Cultural-Social Sector (Department III).

Decision No. 552/QD-TTCP dated October 9, 2023 of the Government Inspector General on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Tran Van May, Director of the Department of Inspection, Complaints and Denunciations Settlement, Region 3 (Department III) to hold the position of Director of the Department of International Cooperation.

Decision No. 567/QD-TTCP dated October 9, 2023 of the Government Inspector General on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Le Ngoc Quang, Deputy Director of the Department of Inspection, Complaints and Denunciations Settlement, Region 1 (Department I) to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Anti-Corruption (Department IV).

Decision No. 565/QD-TTCP dated October 9, 2023 of the Government Inspector General on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Ngo Manh Hung, Deputy Director of the Department of Anti-Corruption (Department IV) to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Inspection, Complaints and Denunciations Settlement, Region 1 (Department I).

Decision No. 569/QD-TTCP dated October 9, 2023 of the Government Inspector General on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Nguyen Viet Thach, Deputy Principal of the Inspectorate Cadre School, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Anti-Corruption Department (Department IV).

Decision No. 557/QD-TTCP dated October 9, 2023 of the Government Inspector General on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Ngo Van Khuong, Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Inspection, Complaints and Denunciations Settlement, Region 3 (Department III).

Decision No. 559/QD-TTCP dated October 9, 2023 of the Government Inspector General on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Ngo Khanh Luan, Deputy Director of the Department of Supervision, Appraisal and Post-Inspection Handling, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel.

Decision No. 560/QD-TTCP dated October 9, 2023 of the Government Inspector General on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Nguyen Huy Hoang, Vice Principal of the Inspectorate Cadre School, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Institute of Inspection Strategy and Science.

Decision No. 550/QD-TTCP dated October 9, 2023 of the Government Inspector General on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Nguyen Tuan Khanh, Deputy Director of the Institute of Inspection Strategy and Science, to hold the position of Deputy Principal of the Inspectorate Cadre School.

Decision No. 554/QD-TTCP dated October 9, 2023 of the Government Inspector General on the transfer and appointment of Ms. Pham Thi Thu Hien, Deputy Director of the Institute of Inspection Strategy and Science, to hold the position of Deputy Principal of the School of Inspectorate Cadres.

Speaking at the conference, on behalf of the Party Committee and the Government Inspectorate leadership, Government Inspector General Doan Hong Phong congratulated the 19 officials who were transferred, assigned and appointed this time.

The Government Inspector General affirmed that the work of rotation, transfer, appointment, and job change this time was carried out in accordance with the regulations of the Party and the State; especially Regulation No. 65 dated April 28, 2022 of the Politburo on rotation of cadres; Regulation No. 205 dated September 23, 2019 of the Politburo on controlling power in personnel work and combating the abuse of power and positions; and the 2018 Law on Anti-Corruption.

In particular, the Government Inspectorate is the agency with the function of preventing and combating corruption and negativity, so the rotation, transfer and change of working positions become even more urgent and must be implemented to "prevent corruption and negativity right in the agency with the function of preventing corruption and negativity" as directed by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, Head of the Central Steering Committee on Preventing Corruption and Negativity.

The Government Inspector General also emphasized that the rotation, transfer, appointment and job change this time were carried out by the Party Committee in accordance with Regulation No. 80 dated August 18, 2022 of the Politburo on decentralization of cadre management and appointment; implemented in accordance with the process and procedures prescribed in Decree No. 138/2020 of the Government and Plan No. 766 dated March 20, 2023 of the Government Inspectorate.

The Government Inspector General requested that the 19 Department-level leaders who were transferred, mobilized, and appointed this time continue to promote solidarity, professional competence, and leadership and management skills to strive to excellently complete all tasks in their new positions.
