According to the announcement of the Ministry of Education and Training, there are 173 establishments granted IT certificates, 31 establishments granted foreign language certificates and 13 establishments granted Vietnamese language certificates.
There are 132 universities and 41 educational institutions with testing centers that are certified in information technology application.
The Department of Education Quality Management, Ministry of Education and Training has just issued Notice No. 1098/TB-QLCL specifically announcing the list of units granted certificates of information technology application, certificates of foreign language proficiency according to the 6-level competency framework for Vietnam (English) and certificates of Vietnamese proficiency according to the Vietnamese competency framework for foreigners.
Accordingly, there are 132 universities and 41 educational institutions with testing centers that are granted certificates of information technology application.
There are 31 universities, colleges and academies that have been granted foreign language proficiency certificates according to the 6-level competency framework for Vietnam (English).
The number of units granted Vietnamese proficiency certificates according to the Vietnamese proficiency framework for foreigners is 17 units.
