From July 31, 2023, the Ministry of Education and Training will abolish all circulars issued by the Ministry of Education and Training in the field of education.
From July 31, 2023, Circular No. 10/2014/TT-BGDDT dated April 11, 2014 promulgating the Regulations on management of Vietnamese citizens studying abroad will be abolished.
Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son signed and issued Circular No. 12/2023/TT-BGDDT "Abolishing a number of Circulars issued by the Minister of Education and Training in the field of education.
According to the content of the above Circular, some Circulars will be completely abolished. Specifically:
Circular No. 28/2014/TT-BGDDT dated August 26, 2014 regulating training and granting of certificates of training in educational management skills.
Circular No. 10/2014/TT-BGDDT dated April 11, 2014 promulgating the Regulations on management of Vietnamese citizens studying abroad.
Circular No. 34/2017/TT-BGDDT dated December 25, 2017 amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Regulations on management of Vietnamese citizens studying abroad issued together with Circular No. 10/2014/TT-BGDDT dated April 11, 2014 of the Ministry of Education and Training.
